GOUDA-STYLE CHEESE
Our semi-hard Gouda-style cheeses are hand made with milk from our own farm, then aged 60 days. Creamy aromatic cheese perfect for every day eating.
 
GOAT CHEESE
Our fresh chevre is made using the traditional French method of cheese making. Goat milk, fresh from our own herd, is carefully heated, then cultured to promote an environment suitable for cheese making. The curds and whey are then drained in a cloth bag. The end result is a lovely, creamy white cheese with its own unforgettable flavor. Chevre, of course, pairs well with a variety of ingredients, picking up the taste of the companion flavors. From salads to the main course, and even dessert, chevre will add a note of elegance to each dish. And because our goats are grass-fed, the subtle sweet flavor of clover and alfalfa add a notable touch of regionality to our cheese.
