Heartland Creamery Shipping Disclaimer

Heartland Creamery products are shipped via UPS. Heartland Creamery ships to locations within a 2 day UPS Ground service transit range from our location.
Please view our shipping map for our approved shipping range.

If you wish to ship to an address outside of our approved shipping range, Heartland Creamery must ship your order via UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air service dependent upon your location, and increasing the cost of your order based on the destination.

Heartland Creamery gift products ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure packages will be delivered by Friday, preventing warehouse storage when and where spoilage could occur. UPS does not make Saturday or Sunday deliveries and all packages will be released by the driver; please be available to accept your delivery for optimum freshness.

Heartland Creamery is not responsible for products after the first delivery attempt has been made.

At the time your order is processed for shipping you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Valid e-mail address must be provided at the time your order is placed. Heartland Creamery is not responsible for shipping issues resulting from incorrect e-mail addresses supplied during ordering.

Heartland Creamery does not ship to PO Boxes; valid physical addresses are required. We are not responsible to shipping issues resulting from incorrect delivery addresses supplied during ordering.

Heartland Creamery products are shipped 2 day UPS Ground Service during appropriate weather conditions from November 1 through February 28. If necessary, your order may be temporarily held or shipped via upgraded service at an additional cost due to above average weather temperatures. For orders during warm seasons, overnight shipping service is required and products will be shipped with frozen gel packs for freshness.

Heartland Creamery is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or other shipping related issues. For shipping claims made with UPS we will cooperate to replace your order according to UPS procedures. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is issued via e-mail at the time of shipment. Heartland Creamery products should be received in person, UPS will leave shipments outside residences when no one is available. We are not responsible for spoilage due to unaccepted delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept unauthorized returns. We wish for all of our customers to be satisfied with our excellent products.
